1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Service (CGV) govern the relationship between the micro-entrepreneur Khrystev Roman, SIRET: 93988437500014, address: 37 bd. Gassendi, Digne-les-Bains, France, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider, and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as the Client, requesting web development services.
By signing a contract with the Service Provider, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these CGV without reservation.
2. SERVICES
The Service Provider provides web development and maintenance services, including:
- creation of websites using WordPress, React and other technologies;
- integration of layouts, hosting and domain configuration;
- website optimization and bug fixing;
- technical support after launch.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
- The price and scope of services are specified in the contract.
- Payment is made in two stages: 50% advance payment before the start of work and 50% after validation of the HTML/CSS/JS layout.
- Additional tasks not included in the technical specification are billed at €30/hour.
- If only the first 50% payment is made, the Client will only receive the HTML/CSS/JS layout without WordPress or other system integration.
- Payment is considered completed only after receipt of funds in the Service Provider’s account.
4. DEADLINES
- Deadlines depend on the timely provision by the Client of all required content, access and information.
- Delays caused by the Client automatically extend the project deadlines.
- The Service Provider undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed timeframe.
5. LIABILITY
- The Service Provider is liable for the website’s functionality only if the downtime lasts more than 24 hours and is caused exclusively by the Service Provider’s actions.
- The Service Provider is not liable for disruptions caused by:
- actions of the Client or third parties;
- hosting provider issues, updates or outages;
- automatic updates of WordPress, plugins, PHP;
- force majeure.

- The maximum liability of the Service Provider cannot exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the contract.
6. COPYRIGHT
- After full payment, all rights to the deliverables are transferred to the Client.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to use the project in his portfolio (subject to prior agreement).
- The Client guarantees that all provided content does not infringe any copyright or applicable law.
7. SUPPORT
- The Service Provider provides free support for 1 month after project delivery.
- Support includes: bug fixing, assistance with website usage, additional optimization, and adjustments of design display when real content is integrated.
- After this 1-month period, support and any additional work are billed at the current hourly rate.
8. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
- The Service Provider provides web development services only.
- He does not provide:
- original design creation in Figma, Photoshop or other graphic editors (unless separately agreed);
- generation of images, videos or other media content;
- optimization or editing of media files (compression, retouching, video editing, etc.);
- text writing or editing.

- The website design is created based on the agreed technical specification (TS), examples and Client’s requests. All design requirements must be confirmed at the stage of TS approval.
- If the Client fails to provide content at the time of developing certain pages, the Service Provider is entitled to use placeholder or demo content. Later changes to the design due to late provision of texts or images will be billed separately at the hourly rate.
- The Client must provide content in a structured format:
- DOC/DOCX documents (online or offline);
- including headings, paragraphs, lists and formatting.
If content is provided unstructured, it will be placed “as is” without additional formatting.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall first be settled amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court at the Service Provider’s place of registration and governed by French law.
